Come celebrate the season with the gift of sound healing!  Join Lifang Huang and Leilani on Monday December 26 7pm at Casa Karma for a special one night only sound healing event!

We will be bringing Tibetan Sound bowls, gongs, and drums.

Please bring your yoga mat, a blanket, and water.  You're invited to bring any additional props to support you as well as we lay under the stars, connected to earth, water. and each other on this special night.

These musical healing tools allow us to go into deeper meditative states through the subtle, yet complex, harmonic frequencies. They help remove fear, soothe pain, stress, and anxiety, helping the body to come into balance and deepen the inner healing journey.
