Tired of being on the sidelines of life?
Leilani provides you with a personalized experience by customizing your coaching program to meet you where you are in your needs and abilities. She also consciously creates a safe space for you during each session.
Recognizing that your condition is often complex, your healthcare providers are always welcome to be a part of your sessions. Developing these healing partnerships can be incredibly beneficial for expediting recovery. That said, collaborating with your support circles, your medical team, and your life partners is always your choice.
You will find that when you work with Leilani, she consistently provides opportunities for you to reconnect with your own sovereignty.
Leilani views health and illness as part of a continuum where the physical, mental, emotional, and social health of a person are interwoven and each aspect dynamically impacts the healing process. Therefore, as a specialist within the yoga community, Leilani offers medically sound practices that assist her clients in processing their pain, inflammation, and stress, in the bio-psycho-social-spiritual healthcare framework.
Our philosophy at Inner Explorer Yoga is: let’s start with where you are then navigate a path that meets your needs and honors your goals. If you are looking for a holistic way to understand your anxiety and regain control of your life, contact Leilani.
We look forward to connecting! With conscious exploration comes conscious transformation. Sat Naam!
Yoga first came in to Leilani Clark’s (Ananda Seva Kaur) life when she visited India more than 20 years ago. …she had no idea at that time how significant that trip would be! 10 years later, when Leilani was paralyzed for the third time in her life, she would come into a deeper relationship with yoga and experience for herself the positive, life-saving, transformative power of yoga as she used these tools to regain full mobility.
As a result of her health journey, Leilani went on to complete her 200 hour teacher training, become a certified stretch bodywork coach, become a certified breathwork coach, and become certified mental health coach. Her passion to delivery comprehensive and scientifically based practices to her clients has her currently engaged in a graduate program as she trains to become a yoga therapist.
Leilani has studied under the guidance of master teachers Shanti Shanti Kaur Khalsa, Hari Kirin Kaur, Jai Dev Singh, Siri Bahadur Khalsa, Methab Benton, and Guru Karam Benton. Chandra Kirin, Xenia Beant, and Gurudhan Khalsa have also played instrumental roles in Leilani’s development as a Kundalini Yoga practitioner.
If you are looking to move from dis-ease to ease, from disconnection to connection, welcome. Please reach out and know that you are not alone. As a Mental Health Coach, Leilani’s group and private programs incorporate Kundalini Yoga, therapeutic yoga, Breathwork, Gong Meditation, Stretch Bodywork, Essential oils and Ayurveda. Leilani’s ability to blend each of these supports enables her clients to be fully supported in their growth through and in the processing of the mental, emotional, physical, and social blocks released during sessions.
Leilani is enrolled in a graduate yoga therapist program through the Guru Ram Das Center for Medicine and Humanology. She is pursuing a Kundalini Yoga Therapist 1,120-hour certification so that she can continue to deepen her knowledge of this beautiful technology. Expanding her ability to reach more people where they are in life and where they are with their health conditions is a true passion of hers.
