September Full Moon Gong Sound Healing

Sound Healing has been a part of holistic healing practices for thousands of years.  Whether you regularly experience stress, anxiety, have trouble sleeping, or have inflamation, the gong can be a tool used to help your body's systems restore balance.  Being in the direct presence of gong sound waves for 45 minutes or longer can affect change at the cellular level, helping to form new energy pathways, and instantly influencing the body's own natural healing capacity.  Come receive vibrations to bring your body back into harmony.  

What to bring:

You can bring a mat, towel, and bottle of water.  Wear comfortable clothing, suitable for lying on your back, side, or stomach.

What to expect:

You will be invited to come into a comfortable position.  This can be seated or lying down.  Sometimes people cover themselves with a blanket; this is because the body temperature tends to drop as you go into a deep relaxation.  You will be guided into and out of this sound healing relaxation.  The gong will be played for 45-50 minutes.  Then we will close our practice and you will have an opportunity to share, as you feel comfortable.
