I was not a believer in therapy until I met Leilani. I found the therapy I attended prior was not helping me heal my personal crisis that I desperately want to find peace, resolutions, and a healing path, instead I felt as if the the endless un-lit tunnel never reached a destination. Leilani is FABULOUS!!! Simply put, she is unique in a world full of yoga teachers. She is the whole package. Friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and attention to alignment. A gifted teacher who uses her great sense of humor and encouragement to challenge you to move a little deeper into poses. She studies the old yogic texts and brings the right amount of that wisdom to her classes. Her beautiful laugh lights up a room AND did I mention she plays a GONG in meditation??? I mean it's really really cool, and the rumbling earthy sounds of the gong soothe you and take you a place of relaxation you've never been.

I've been a yoga instructor for 20 years and practitioner 25 so I'm very picky about my yoga classes. There's a lot of yoga classes out there - why not choose the best? Choose Leilani.

I have experienced unprecedented releases in my physical body while working with Leilani — and I have done lots of body work with other practitioners before. Leilani knows how to speak the language of the body — earning its trust and consent every step of the way. And she taught me how to listen to my own body like I’ve been longing to for years I just didn’t know how. I will never be the same after working with Leilani, in the best way imaginable. 10/10 would recommend working with Leilani, she’s the best body worker I’ve come across by far. WOW!!! Leilani has an ability to create a holistic space that allows you to go within yourself or be contained/held, if needed, by her presence.
